SALEM, Ore. – The pandemic hit Enchanted Forest hard in 2020. The wildfires impacted the creator of the beloved theme park in far more personal ways. The park – which opened to the public August 8, 1971 – reached out to supporters for help weathering the pandemic in hopes of reaching its 50th anniversary.
