Nikola says damaged truck reignites at its headquarters

ALGIERS (Reuters) -Wildfires killed 15 people in the mountainous Bejaia and Bouira regions of Algeria on Monday, the interior ministry said, as a heatwave spreads across north Africa and southern Europe.
