hank you for your interest in celebrating the holidays at Salem’s Riverfront Carousel! Standing on tradition, we are delighted to offer seasonal magic again this year in new and exciting ways for you and your family to enjoy!

Re-developed and re-designed for 2021 into ‘Santa’s Carousel Workshop’ we focused on accommodating public health & safety measures combined with assurances for your family’s comfort and quality time with Santa in mind. We wish you all a very happy holiday season and appreciate your continued support!

IMPORTANT!!! MUST READ BEFORE BOOKING. BY BOOKING YOUR RESERVATION, YOU AGREE TO ALL TERMS!!!

Cost: $15 per reservation.
A 10-minute session with Santa includes a keepsake photo and up to 5 shots with a personal device. Additional photo packages may be purchased during your session. Please only book one reservation per family/group. Family groups are limited to no more than 10 people per visit.

NO REFUNDS!!!
No refund or compensation will be made in the event of customer cancellation. Customers late or do not show to their scheduled session will be considered a cancellation by the customer. The pre-paid fee will be recognized as a donation to the Carousel. Refunds will only be issued in the event that the Carousel cancels your scheduled session.

WHAT TO EXPECT
By making a reservation, you are agreeing to all terms below:

If you or anyone in your party is feeling unwell or exhibiting any symptoms of Covid-19, or has tested positive or been exposed to Covid-19 in the past 14 days, or you are actively waiting for the results of a Covid test, you will need to stay home.

MASK REQUIREMENT: Masks or appropriate face coverings/shields are currently required, for all persons ages 5yr & up to wear while indoors the Carousel premises and all social distancing protocols and policies must be followed. Masks may be required to wear during the entire duration of your visit and photo with Santa. At the date of your session, we will be following all active Covid-19 safety protocols in place by the CDC and the State of Oregon and these policies are subject to change at any time. If you have any questions about which policies are in place for your scheduled session, please contact us at 503-540-0374. By booking this reservation, you knowingly accept that you and all members of your party will follow all safety policies in place.

WHERE TO CHECK IN: Santa Visitors will be required to line up outside the Santa Workshop (previously our birthday party room) on the North end of the patio (facing center of park and AC Gilbert Village) and maintain proper social distance between other families/groups. Staff/Volunteers will be on-hand to assist, helping to discern the staging of people according to their reservation times and placeholders in line.

SANTA’S WORKSHOP SETUP: Santa needs to keep his social distance as well this year in order to better protect all the children around the world. He will be sitting behind a plexiglass window in his staged Carousel workshop. Guests can sit near him on a bench just in front of the glass window to visit, share their wishes and about how good they’ve been, and for photo opportunities.

CLEANING: Carousel staff will disinfect surface areas between each groups visit.

PHOTO USE: By visiting Salem’s Riverfront Carousel, visitors consent to their photo being taken and used for marketing purposes.
