Hair care brand Olaplex to be acquired by Germany’s Henkel for $1.4 billion

March 26 (Reuters) – Hair care brand Olaplex Holdings on Thursday said it entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by Germany consumer goods maker Henkel for $1.4 billion.
