A new California Bill (SB1955) has passed that gives teachers and school administrators the legal right to withhold information from parents if. the child decides to identify as a different gender, hence giving schools the ability to gender affirm students without the parents knowledge and permission. Los Angeles Attorney and The Conversation host Eric Early joins me to discuss this horrific new law that strips parents of their right to know.
