Tim Davis, is the co-founder and CEO of Valor Mentoring. He is an author and speaker focusing on men’s leadership and is very active in the community, serving on several non-profit boards. Tim’s love for his wife, children and Jesus are strong. He always claims he has the best wife on the planet and two great young adult children, all who currently serve the community through education and non-profit work.

Valor Mentoring strives to contest the effects of fatherlessness by providing mentorship through one on one relationships and group mentoring utilizing our core values of Service, Excellence, Faith, Integrity, Stewardship, Accountability, Teamwork, and Community. It is our belief that through mentoring, men of all ages will be better equipped to make healthy life choices.

Valor Mentoring utilizes music, media & arts, to provide mentorship and training for youth who have a desire to explore and create opportunities in music, photo, podcasting and video production using industry standard equipment with industry professionals.

More than an iconic bowling alley (formerly Town & Country Lanes), The REC is a family-friendly venue that allows us to serve our community in ways far beyond bowling and having fun.

Valor Mentoring strives to provide community outreach projects by utilizing resources, skills, talents, and willing hearts through connections with local people and organizations to serve those who could use a helping hand.
